This is Kashif Ahmed (a.k.a Kashi), anIT management professional, software architect, and a Technology Evangelist, living in Rosemount, Minnesota. I love to stay up to date on the newest technologies. Technology is my passion and having work for more than 11 years with five (5) major technology platforms such as Microsoft, Oracle, Java, Sybase, and PeopleSoft etc I offer wide areas of expertise in their respective techno-functional areas. I have been working with CRM products since 2003 including home-grown CRM application to PeopleSoft CRM.
Currently, CRM and ERP business processes are my focus. My interests include, business processes re-engineering, ERP product evaluation both functional and technical, program/project management, and software architecture. I enjoy sharing knowledge and helping people enable for greater success. My goal via CRMakaan initiative is to provide comprehensive HOW-TOs articles that can help people with their CRM implementation especially with PeopleSoft CRM.
